The Pierpoint process is designed for people who don't have time to waste — but understand that the right introduction is worth the time it takes.
Apply
Submit a membership application. We read each one personally — no automated triage, no chatbots. If your profile is a fit for the house, you'll hear from us within seven days.
Conversation
A discreet introductory call. We get to know you, you get to know us. We won't ask the standard questions — we'll ask the better ones. This is where we decide, together, whether to take it forward.
Consultation
A face-to-face meeting in The City — over coffee, drinks, or lunch. We'll discuss your standards, your dealbreakers, what an extraordinary partner actually looks like to you. We take notes. You leave with a clearer sense of what you're looking for than when you walked in.
Curation
We hand-search across our network and beyond. We do not rely on algorithms or personality tests. We rely on conversation, taste, and a properly maintained black book. When we find someone, we'll show you their photo, their bio, and the reasoning behind the match.
Introduction
We arrange the venue. We brief both sides. You bring the rest. After every introduction we'll schedule a debrief — what worked, what didn't — and refine accordingly. Pierpoint is a relationship, not a transaction.
